The fixed area is the raised platform that houses the home office area that includes some cabinets, a chair and desk. Portable desks are also included, with hidden storage options in the stairs.

The bed is partially hidden under the platform to provide a day-time sitting area that’s great for entertaining.

At night, you can pull out the bed fully to get a good night’s rest.

We love the clever use of spatial treatments and hidden storage areas.

But perhaps it’s going to be tedious and heavy to pull out the bed without wheels, so probably it’ll be better if they can incorporate that into a feature.
